PHworkforce was founded by Brock Taylor. Mr. Taylor is a veteran in the industry and has successfully addressed several mission critical assignments over the years. He has both management and hands-on experience at running Network Operations Centers (NOC) managing very large-scale Operations sites. As part of FloNetwork/Doubleclick (data management), Mr. Taylor built the computer production environment from an humble initial 5 systems to an installed base of several hundreds systems, consisting of Unix, NT and Cisco machines. This multi-million dollars installation was done over a very short period, and during his tenure, the uptime on this environment was better than 99.4%. More recently, Mr. Taylor has been associated to Digital Connexxions where he has managed their NOC and production environment maintaining is impressive systems uptime record to better than 99% in a very difficult environment..
All PHworkforce staff are trained/certified computer professionals with Computer Science university degrees and various specializations in Unix, NT and IP networking environments

PHworkforce uses a three-prong approach to monitoring. Monitoring takes place at three distinct physical/geographic locations:
